E.S. Sawyerr founded Sawyerr Alternatives Limited to address a specific gap in the Nigerian private market: capital and opportunity rarely find each other safely, and the businesses that most need capital are frequently the least able to present themselves in a form capital can assess.
His work covers origination, commercial assessment, transaction structuring and negotiation across private businesses, agricultural commodities, real assets and land transactions in Nigeria and West Africa.
He leads SAWYERR's development from financing transactions toward selective principal investment and ownership of businesses and productive assets.
